The cabinet interior is stained and sealed to lock out moisture and both the interior and exterior have equally applied sealers to keep the wood frame stable. A multilayer glaze finish with highlighting found only on the finest furniture is hand applied to the cabinet by furniture finishing experts. This brings out the natural beauty of the wood grain unlike the standard dull finish found on most pool tables.This 8-foot slate table features a 44×88-inch playing surface built to Billiard Congress of America (BCA) specifications.
